Intelligere provides automation of plain data entry from several financial documents, such as bank statements, purchase and sales invoices, etc.

It also gives you voucher entry readily filled for you to just verify and submit it to the book keeping software. Which saves your time, energy and cost by almost 85%-90%, and gives you almost instantaneous results and insights in your own data.

Intelligere is an accounting/bookkeeping automation Software. It is not a book-keeping/accounting software nor ERP software.

Only Electronic PDF (not scanned or image-based PDF) and CSV files can be used and imported in Intelligere.

Intelligere works on Double entry accounting/bookkeeping principles.

Intelligere analyses the imported documents, extracts relevant data, through our intelligent processes and shows the data for minimum changes from the user’s side.

Once the user makes changes in data and submits it, the data goes into the user’s official bookkeeping/accounting software via integlligere.

Intelligere aims to deliver highest possible accuracy so that manual data entry work can be avoided as much as possible only checking of the data is required.

As of now we claim to have achieved almost 85%+ accuracy with our intelligent backend processes if the imported data is very well formatted. But then it also depends on type and kind of data which is being fed to Intelligere.

Bank Statement, Invoices (Sales and Purchase) as well as Cheque modules are right now available. Intelligere is a work in progress to make many more accounts related documents accessible in Intelligere.

We have provided Bank level security in Intelligere, so be rest assured about your data. It is very safe with us.

Any time you can discontinue using Intelligere. Be rest assured Your data would remain completely safe as we push your data automatically in your accounting software as well, every time you import any of the documents, if you have chosen to connect it with Intelligere at the time of signup.

Your data with us will also remain totally secure till you choose to end our relationship and give us consent to delete it from our end or 30 days has passed and if you have discontinued our relationships and haven’t given consent to delete the data, it will be assumed that you no longer wish that we should keep your data. Once the data is deleted Intelligere won’t have any access to any deleted data, even if you wish to retrieve the data along with pdf files. Hence, please be very clear when you decide to delete it. You will be given choice to download all your pdf files on to your local PC.

We highly value the secrecy of your financial data. Hence, with our complete and total secure systems, one user would not be able to see or access any other users’ data at all.

Even if you directly make some changes in your accounting software, your changes will remain in there. Changes made in your accounting software remains final.

We are trying to get connected to as many generally popular accountings software as possible, hence you can always connect with us/send us feedback to us with the name of your software and we will try our best to make it happen at our earliest.

For your convenience, once you fill up your data, every time your details are required, Intelligere automatically fills in those details.

Intelligere is a very simple, user-friendly & intuitive software, yet, in case of any difficulties, we have provided collapsing help bar on right side of each page of the software, for that particular page functions, which is a very unique and helpful concept to ease users facing issues. Plus, we have added short videos of each page functioning in our website to help user navigate swiftly through Intelligere.

You must register and sign-up, on the same pc where registered copy of Tally is installed.

Welcome aboard! once your company is registered in Intelligere, please go to admin panel, at the left bottom corner and click on it, there create users and fill in all other details. Finally go to select bookkeeping software and select Tally ERP-9. Once selected, an exe file will be downloaded on to the same PC with Installed Tally. Click on it and follow the instructions to install it completely.

If on your computer you have an anti-virus or firewall installed, then temporarily you will have to disable it to install .EXE file.

Congratulations! now you are ready to start using Intelligere.
